The Basque word Eguteran means "in a sunny place, facing the sun".So, the south orientation of our homes offers a warmer, lighter and more pleasant ambience in winter.
We present six wonderful homes located on a regular plot facing south, in a good residential environment in the Ategorrieta area, Miracruz High, a quiet and pleasant place that allows you to enjoy San Sebastián.
We offer two types of homes: four double-storey homes and two single-storey penthouses. All of them have spacious rooms and outdoor spaces –terraces and private gardens–, with a cared privacy.

In energy management, the building achieves a high rating. It is designed to make the most of natural light, thus also offering better views. In its lighting and air conditioning systems, the building is equipped with techniques of maximum energy efficiency.

The building is excellently located in a low-density, pleasant and quiet urban residential area. All the dwellings have spacious and private terraces, fitted with high quality non-slip stoneware flooring.

The exterior carpentry will be of aluminium, double glazing and thermo-acoustic insulation. The interior divisions of the dwellings will be made using partitioning systems with internal acoustic and thermal insulation.
